Both the person I called to describe the issue to and the person who came out to fix it (Iziah) were great. Fair prices, fast, communicative and easy to interact with.

Used Dryer Vent John for the second time today. First time John himself came out with an apprentice, and the second time David came. Both experiences were great. John and David are both polite and professional. I'm impressed with the detail of both of their work. But what I really appreciate is the fair pricing. Today's job was more involved than anticipated, but they honored their original quote.

David, the technician, was very polite, respectful, and explained his work. He did not try to sell additional services that were not required.

John was very responsive when I first reached out and was able to get us an appointment the next day. When Cady arrived we had a brief chat and determined it would be best to reroute the vent to make it much shorter. She was able to fix it the same day and now we no longer will require vent cleaning as we'll be able to do it ourselves now. Great service.

We called hoping to get a clean sweep of a dryer vent on a rental home and not only did John answer our call when he was feeling under the weather, he was able to add us to the schedule the same day within a matter of hours. The employee who arrived was David, and my husband and I both were absolutely impressed with his knowledge, kindness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism.
